1. Slide left leg out and drop to the left on the ground with both hands in front; (keeping hip off the ground). Roundhouse kick opponent with right leg; Left foot hook behind opponent’s right heel and Right foot side kick to knee.

Left foot out front stance, Right hand knife hand block & grab wrist, right foot round house kick to body, Right foot back and turning back, both hand on floor to lower body, right foot behind opponent’s right foot, left heel curl back to behind the knee to take opponent down, follow up with right round house kick to face.

  1. Left foot back (back stance) right hand high block, grab wrist with right hand, skipping step right ankle hook behind opponent’s heel, Push the shin to take opponent down, left step forward and right axe kick to face.
